220 - Phase 1

A 3 storey building that opened in June, 1982 and has a deep cultural tie to the Dutch Christian Community. It has 66 apartments.

Nepean, Ontario

A beautiful Nepean Retirement Community for independent seniors 65+ with varying income levels.

224 - Phase 2

This five storey building was built in 2011 to provide additional affordable housing to seniors. It has 69 apartments.

ABOUT US

The Eastern Ontario Christian Senior Citizen Co-operative Housing Inc. (EOCSCCH), is located at 220 – 224 Viewmount Drive, Ottawa. Our Co-op is a retirement community for Seniors 65+ with varying income levels.

The purpose of our Co-op is to provide affordable housing to seniors, and this community embraces the values of Affordability, Christian environment, Dignity, Independence, Privacy and Respect for Diversities.

The Co-op consists of two buildings which comprise 135 units, which include bachelor, one- and two-bedroom units as well as common areas.

PARTICIPATION

Residents are expected, within the limits of their capabilities, to contribute to the physical upkeep of the building, attend committee functions and do other related duties pertaining to the co-op.
